We are here every year for YMCA championships. Normally the place would help with the explanation for the parents”please don’t occupy the first rows but switch when it is your kid’s turn to swim” so everyone can cheer and take a video. That’s why we are here. This year they didn’t do anything. The parents occupied the first rows and and you try to approach the rails to watch your kids when it is his turn you are being yelled at by grumpy ladies. Horrible experience!

If you are on the swim team, it seems great, but if you are just going to swim for exercise, be advised that the instructional pool is way colder than they state on the website, I pulled a bug out of my lane three days in a row last week, and they close the community pool every time there is a swim meet - even though we pay for its use.

6* facility with 1* maintenance - See photos of exposed electrical wires, showers without controllers, urinals and floors that haven't been cleaned, dirty locker rooms... A Masterclass in Drowning Imagine a Michelin-starred kitchen being run out of a gas station bathroom β€” that's essentially the experience at Triangle Aquatic Center. The bones of this place are genuinely extraordinary: a non-profit community gem featuring dual 50-meter pools, a dedicated learn-to-swim pool, and more. This is, unambiguously, a world-class aquatic facility. And yet, someone forgot to tell the maintenance team. Exposed electrical wiring near a water facility β€” the one environment on Earth where that should be an absolute non-starter. Showers stripped of their controllers. Urinals and locker room floors that appear to have last seen a mop sometime during Mark Spitz's 1972 Olympic glory days. For a place that literally teaches water safety, the irony of ignoring basic electrical safety is... instructive. Having said that, the facility is super nice, the upkeep is drowning in non-performance

Great place for training kids in swimming. Unlike other places, the trainers are pushing the kids to do better and move up. The facility itself very good. Large parking, freq swim meet. Keeping a target for kids help them to motivate themselves and learn new techniques.

Nice facility for the swimmers. Extremely poor seating design for spectators. If your child is swimming in lanes 7 or 8 then you will never be able to watch them swim. The facility staff need to learn manners. Verbally rude to spectators that paid to watch their kids. Payment to watch wasn't just to sit try to watch a little TV screen. The State championships should be at the GAC. This is my first experience and I don't look forward to future visits. I'm excited for my son but very disappointed with my experience.
